Her passion for working with children drives her commitment to their growth and development. Currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Ms. Beverly believes in the importance of lifelong learning. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys quality time with her family and finds joy in visiting the beach.
Elaine Clinard - Director
Ms. Elaine brings over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education to One Hope Preschool. She attended Bradford School of Business, holds a Director's License, and is CDA certified, demonstrating her dedication to continuous professional development. Throughout her career, Ms. Elaine has served as an in-home nanny, a preschool teacher for all age groups, and a childcare coordinator. Married with two grown boys, Ms. Elaine enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music. In the preschool setting, she loves singing with the children, being silly, and watching them grow and learn as they interact with each other and their teachers. She believes the smiles and laughter from the little ones are the best part of the job—a true blessing! Ms. Elaine's joyful personality is contagious, making her an invaluable part of the One Hope team.

With a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Houston and 12 years of experience at Western Geophysical, Mr. Billy is a highly skilled and knowledgeable role model. In addition to his professional background, he has been teaching Sunday School for several years and is an active member of the Christian Education committee. As a life-long scout and the BSA Scoutmaster for Troop #549 for over 40 years, he has a passion for working with children and helping them have fun while learning. We are grateful to have Mr. Billy on our team and look forward to the positive impact he will continue to have on our school and students.
Ms. Karlie
Ms. Karlie has been working in childcare with all ages for 14 years, and has taught Sunday School at church for many years. Karlie is CDA Certified and holds a director's license. Although she doesn't have any children of her own, she claims the kids of the school as her babies. The things Ms. Karlie loves most about working with children are watching them grow, learn, and being the light of Jesus in their lives. Her hobbies include playing piano, crafting, reading, and spending time with family. Ms. Karlie is a shining light at One Hope.
Ms. Charlotte
Ms. Charlotte joins the One Hope team with over three years of experience working with children, including time spent babysitting family members and being a mom to her energetic 2½-year-old daughter. She loves watching children grow and learn, especially seeing the joy it brings to both the kids and their families. She describes children as “natural comedians” who never fail to make her smile. In her free time, Ms. Charlotte enjoys doodling and painting, reading and listening to books and music, playing video games (even if she claims she's not great at them), and biking with her family.
Ms. Yessica
Ms. Yessica has over 8 years of experience working with young children. Currently undertaking her CDA courses, she is committed to furthering her knowledge and skills to benefit our students. She enjoys engaging with the children through arts and crafts activities, helping them achieve their developmental milestones and witnessing their growth. Ms. Yessica is a mother of three and loves spending quality time with her family while enjoying outdoor activities such as camping and soccer. She is a constant source of positive energy and maintains a consistently upbeat attitude, bringing smiles to everyone around her. We're so glad to have her with us brightening our days!
Ms. Ruby
With more than 7 years of experience working with young children, Ms. Ruby brings an abundance of wisdom and expertise to our school. Her greatest satisfaction comes from providing a safe and nurturing space for children to learn and grow. She is particularly fond of reading with her students during story time, and sharing her passion for literacy with them. When not at school, Ms. Ruby enjoys spending quality time with her family and indulging in a good book. We are delighted to have Ms. Ruby as part of our team.
Ms. Tammy
Ms. Tammy has over 24 years of experience in early childhood education, with a special focus on infants and toddlers. She began her teaching journey at the church she grew up in and later completed her Infant-Toddler CDA in early 2020. Outside the classroom, she’s an artist who creates clay dragons and earrings, a long-time figure skater, and an avid online gamer.
Ms. Tina
With over 13 years in early childhood education, Ms. Tina holds three college degrees in Early Childhood Education, Accounting and Chinese. She is passionate about guiding children through exploration and learning, creating an environment where they feel supported and curious. Outside the classroom, Ms. Tina enjoys listening to music, drinking Chinese tea, and sharing her culture, often incorporating elements of Chinese language and traditions into her teaching.
Ms. Tyra
Ms. Tyra brings over six years of early childhood experience to One Hope, having worked in both Head Start programs and her college’s childcare center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Family Development and is currently pursuing her Teacher Certification in Early Childhood through 6th Grade. Ms. De'Von
Ms. De’Von brings over 12 years of experience working with children, including more than a decade in preschool education. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Ashford University and a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Outside the classroom, she enjoys crafting, karaoke, and spending time with her family and sorority sisters in Alpha Kappa Alpha.
Ms. Angie
Ms. Angie brings over 7 years of experience in early childhood education and is now leading our Pre-K classroom at One Hope Preschool. While she began her career working with infants and toddlers, she has seamlessly transitioned to working with older preschoolers—where her passion for helping children grow and thrive continues to shine. She especially loves guiding them as they prepare for kindergarten, encouraging independence, curiosity, and creativity each day. Ms. Angie has completed her Infant-Toddler CDA coursework and is currently working toward earning her certification. As a dedicated mother of four, she brings both personal and professional experience to her teaching. Her strong attention to schedules and routines helps her students feel secure and confident, and her ability to bring out each child’s creative side makes her classroom a warm and inspiring place to learn. We’re so grateful to have her leading our Pre-K program!
Ms. Rachel - Technology Specialist
Ms. Rachel is the Technology Specialist for both One Hope Preschool and One Hope Academy. With over 12 years of classroom experience and a strong background in educational technology, she now focuses on supporting staff, students, and systems across both campuses. She will be spending most of her time at One Hope Academy, ensuring smooth tech operations and helping guide the school’s digital growth, while also spending afternoons at One Hope Preschool to assist with technology and provide on-site support as needed.
Ms. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Sam Houston State University and is certified to teach Early Childhood through 6th Grade in Texas. She also holds an ESL certification and spent five years working with English language learners in Alief ISD, where she developed a deep passion for helping young children build the skills they need to succeed. Currently, she is pursuing a second bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence from Capella University.
Ms. Rachel continues to inspire creativity and innovation as she mentors Ms. Angie, our Pre-K teacher, and occasionally steps in to support during aftercare. We’re lucky to have her leading the way in technology at One Hope!
"Our family is so appreciative of the administrators and teachers that make this preschool such a loving, safe environment. We are blessed our son has had so much love and intentionality invested in him over the past almost 2 years. They work well as a team, and communicate well with parents."
